Google launches Gemini 4 Argon API access

Google Gemini: Argon API

Google has released Gemini 4 Argon globally, including through the paid Gemini API in AI Studio and Android Studio. The company positions it for complex coding, scientific and professional tasks. Google says the API supports a unified input-output limit of one million tokens.

Introductory pricing is $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens, with a 95% discount on cached input. After the introductory period ends on November 30, 2026, prices rise to $4 and $20 respectively.

Antigravity access is available to Google AI Ultra subscribers. Google reports that internal use increased agentic code submissions by over 35% and reduced rollbacks by nearly a third. These are company-reported results; the supplied material provides no independent verification.
